The mission of the Alumni Association's Executive Board is to ensure that its alma mater endures.

The Board will accomplish this mission:

By educating current Burr and Burton Academy students about the unique institution they attend and about the importance of maintaining contact and pride after graduation to guarantee a strong alumni association,

By fostering communication among all Burr and Burton Academy alumni and between individual alumni and their alma mater, and

By perpetuating the traditions that have always distinguished Burr and Burton Academy in the past and by encouraging financial support and overall commitment, both of which are essential to the school's future.
