Facility Rental
Burr and Burton's facilites are available to community groups for use during during the weekends and evening hours and times when the school is not in session.
The Hunter Seminar Room, located at the western end of
the library, is designed like an amphitheater and seats 54. It offers a
state-of-art communications systems allowing for the use of the Internet,PowerPoint presesntations, CD-ROMS, DVDs,
and videos.
The Rowland Center's Scranton Room is perfect for large groups and can be set up with tables and chairs.
The Riley Center for the Arts seats 240 people on two levels and provides exhibition space for artists in the lobby. In addition to the ten-foot permanent stage, there are a dozen modular platforms that provide great flexibility in designing the performance space. The state-of-the-art sound system includes a full range of microphone capability.
The fully computerized light board has forty-eight channels and over ninety dimmers. For chamber music performance, the Riley Center provides a vintage of Steinway grand piano. In addition to the fall musical and spring play as well as other student performances staged here every year, the Riley Center is also the site of the Manchester Music Festival's Master Classes and Young Artists Concerts every summer.
