The Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) 40 CFR 763.93 {g} {4} requires that written notification be given that the following schools / buildings have Asbestos Management Plans for the safe control and maintenance of asbestos containing material found in their buildings.  These management plans are available to the public at the Burr and Burton Academy Facilities Building for each facility listed;  Target Building 3210 Richville Road, Rectory Dorm 61 Franklin Ave, Larson Hall 225 Seminary Ave, Otis House 181 Seminary Ave, E.H.
