Despite Loss, Bulldogs Stay Focused

The Bulldog's three-game win streak was brought to an end after a tough loss to Brattleboro, 9-1. Tor Majorell pitched 4 ⅔ innings, while only allowing three hits and fanning nine batters. Majorell dominated on the mound and pounded the strike zone. His performance was followed by a solid outing from Zane Klezos. Gavin Konold closed the game for the Dogs by striking out the last batter. While BBA only hit .144 as a team, they consistently hit the ball hard in play. Seb Dostal, JT Wright, and Jack Catapano all had base hits. The hardest hit of the night was a single from Gavin Konold. Big defensive plays came from Elijah Blesofsky and Kush Patel, who both made stellar grabs in the outfield. The Bulldogs will get a short break from game action before they have to gear up for CVU on Thursday, May 6.
