Hurricane outlasts the Bulldogs in OT
Each team had two shots in the OT and each team had 6 penalty corners during the game. That is to say that it was a hard-fought battle between two evenly matched teams. Delana Underwood in goal and Kate Andres in the midfield, both in their first year playing field hockey, had stellar games. Each individual player brought her best game to the field today and as a team they were in it right up until the end, with many opportunities to score and lots of great team play.
Our record is now 5-3. We play at home on Monday against Brattleboro at 4:00.
