STAFFING UPDATE IN SCHOOL COUNSELING
Toward the end of this month we will say “see you soon” to our Program Coordinator, Emily Kohler, as she departs on maternity leave until early-July. She and her husband are expecting a baby at the end of this month. During Emily’s absence, we are excited to welcome back another BBA Alumna, Olivia ‘Liv’ Pitcher ‘19, to take over many of the items that Emily normally oversees including the scholarship process for seniors, elements of graduation planning, and day-to-day office responsibilities. Emily’s email address will be forwarded to Liv while she is out and we’ll share Liv’s BBA email address as soon as we have it. We wish Emily and Joe well as they welcome a new baby Bulldog for the class of 2041!

COURSE SCHEDULES FOR 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR
Next week marks the official start of matching students to their courses for next year. Beginning this week in Advisory students will work on their 4-Year Academic Plan Worksheet 23-24 and then their course request worksheets. After that process is complete, students will schedule times to meet with their school counselors. Students should see the email from Ms. Kenny for important links or questions about the process. Please note requested schedules are subject to change. (I.e. Your CP English may start in A block but be moved to C Block as part of a balancing effort.)

Students will meet with their school counselor during the weeks listed below:
  • Rising Seniors:  March 6 through March 14
  • Rising Juniors:  March 20 through March 28
  • Rising Sophomores: April 3 through April 11
We encourage families to review the 2023-2024 Course of Study and the Master Schedule to discuss course options together.

AP EXAMS
The February 15 registration deadline for Spring AP classes has passed. However, any students enrolled in AP courses who still want to take an exam have a final date of March 8th.
