BBA GIRLS TENNIS ROMPS IN LOPSIDED WIN OVER MAUHS

Jeff Grimshaw
On a picture perfect Spring late afternoon, BBA Girls Tennis turned in a near perfect performance againstarch rival, Mount Anthony with a 5-1 win. The final match (#2 Doubles) was called off in the middle of the second set (BBA leading 1 - 0) due to darkness and a rain shower. “It was an impressive win to be sure, but we have a long, long way to go to get to true excellence”, said BBA Head Coach Jeff Grimshaw. “MAU may have been inexperienced but their scrappiness kept us on our toes”. The Bulldog’s record moves to 2-0 and their next match is this coming Saturday at 10am at Brattleboro.
