International Speaker Series Event on March 26th

A speaker series at BBA is connecting students with leaders in international relations, global development, and finance.

The BBA Speaker Series on International Relations and Careers, founded last year by Forrest Barnes '27, was created to expose students to real-world perspectives on global issues and career pathways. The series has since been incorporated into the school’s Global Citizenship Club, which Barnes co-leads with Aya Addington '26.

Recent speakers have included Dave Milestone, Managing Director of the Americas at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, who spoke about advising governments and implementing policy in complex political environments. Other past guests include August Pabst and Valerie Hickey, Global Director for Climate at the World Bank.

The series will continue on March 26 during Focus block with a panel discussion in the Belltower Room featuring Doug Russell, CEO of MassMutual Ventures, and Tim Post, a former hedge fund partner with experience investing in European markets.
