Farm to School gathering at BBA in May!

On May 6, BBA will host the Bennington County Farm to School gathering to connect people who want to learn about, strengthen, and connect with our local farm to school network. The event is FREE and open to all - see more and how to register!
A group of local partners, including our own BBA Farm & Food Studies program, have organized a regional gathering for anyone interested in Farm to School in the greater Bennington area. Our goal is to bring people together to strengthen connections, celebrate successes, and continue building a vibrant farm to school community.

5:00-5:45 -- Farm & Food Studies Site Visit
6:00-7:30 -- Gathering in the BBA Student Center and dinner
 
The site visit at Hildene Farm, where our Farm & Food Studies program is located, will include tours of the gardens and greenhouse featuring BBA students, Farm and Food Studies Coordinator Nora Hefner, and partners from Hildene. 
 
The main gathering in the BBA Student Center will include social time, a delicious dinner made with local food, and a panel discussion featuring a BBA student.
