Bulldogs Drubbed By CVU 7-0

“Obviously we ran into a Division 1 buzzsaw today.  CVU is a powerful, seasoned team with extraordinary depth in talent throughout their entire roster.   Although many of the matches were lopsided, we saw somevery entertaining matches, especially with #1 Singles.  Our own Gabby Vella afforded herself very well throughout the match but unfortunately lost nearly all of the pivotal points.   The doubles matches
were also much closer than the score indicated.   I am convinced that some very important lessons were learned by the Bulldogs today - lessons that will yield very positive results during the upcoming State Individual and Division 2 Team Championships."
