Bulldogs Run Away from Lakers
The Burr and Burton varsity football team got huge games from the Big 3 and continued their dominance in Division I with a 47 - 17 victory over the Colchester Lakers on Friday night. Senior QB Joey McCoy completed 12 passes for 255 yards and 5 touchdowns. His favorite target, senior wideout John Morgantini pulled down 6 catches for 143 yards and three touchdowns. Senior running back Logan Morgan rushed for 112 yards on 10 carries and a touchdown and added a 25 yard TD reception to help propel the Bulldogs.
