Much Desired Win

You could really tell the JV Bulldogs really wanted this win. From a powerful defense to an aggressive offense the entire team put every ounce of effort into this challenging game. MEMS really brought their stuff and the Dogs really had to work for it! Kate Martin really showed her ball handling skills making multiple assists and Chloe Anderson showed that left wing might be her new position as she carried the ball in and shot with authority making two of the three goals. Ava Walsh tapped in the third goal being at the right place at the right time just as we've been practicing. Maggie Crabtree also making some powerful near miss shots as the team continued to keep the ball in the offensive end. It wasn't easy back in defense though as there were a couple breakaways and a couple big shots impressively handled by our goalie Mac. The team put in a tiring effort and really brought their ball handing skills which was greatly needed since they were missing three of their normal subs. They played smart and you could really tell. Great game team!!!
