Comeback thwarted

After falling behind 4-1 at halftime, the Bulldogs mounted a furious comeback late in the second half. Two quick goals from Luke Lehman and Will Fox  made it 4-3 with minutes remaining and the Bulldogs continuing to press the Colonel box.  Brattleboro put it away with two counter attack goals, the last one as time expired. Captain Will Fox scored two goals to bring his season total to 5.  His goals were assisted by Jayden Bloom and Niall Monahan. Brattleboro had two goals apiece from Luke Williams #8 and Damien Dierker #9.  The Bulldogs fall to 0-1 in league play.
