MAU takes 1st of 3

Coach Mull
MAU is always a tough opponent on their home field in the John James tournament and this year proved to be no exception.  After the Patriots scored off a rebound off senior keeper LIam Day's back, the Bulldogs knotted the score before halftime on a PK goal from senior midfielder Devin Deets.  The Bulldogs applied constant pressure in the second half after switching to a more offensive formation, but could not break through. The Patriots sealed the win on a PK goal from captain Jordan Gardner.  The Bulldogs return to the pitch Wednesday away at Brattleboro and then face Fair Haven at Applejack Field on Friday's homecoming game.  Coach Mull was please by the play of the bench in both games.  The Bulldog bite will be back.
