Parent Open House - October 1st

Dear BBA Families:
Your first opportunity to connect formally with our faculty is at our Fall Zoom Open House, scheduled for Thursday, October 1st. The evening kicks off with an opening Zoom session, followed by an advisory meeting, and then Zoom classroom visits.
Open House is designed to give you a snapshot of your student’s academic life at Burr and Burton. You will follow your student’s schedule and meet Burr and Burton teachers. You’ll learn about the engaging and vigorous learning experiences offered at Burr and Burton, the enduring understandings and essential questions that students explore, and the skills and habits of learning that students are developing. Most importantly, you will get a taste of the hybrid learning experience.
Watch your email for your personalized schedule, with Zoom links embedded for each class session. Families with multiple students will receive one schedule for each student. Parents can choose to divide and conquer, or attend a few classes from each student’s schedule. These Zoom meetings will not be recorded.
